Frequently Asked Questions
Go to the Questions tab in your course. Click on the box with text, "Search Questions, Topics or Ask Question here...", Type your question in the box. Click on the "Ask Question" button.
Go to the Question. Look for "Add Answer" section below the question. Type in your answer. If you want to answer as yourself, click on "Answer as Your Name" button. Else, if you would rather answer anonymously, then click on "Answer Anonymously button". Your answer will be posted now for everyone to see.

If you follow a question, then you will see activity on your stream around this question whenever someone makes changes to the question or adds an answer for it.
If you follow a topic, then you will see activity on your stream whenever any question is asked or answered in this topic.
When you ask a question, add description for the question, post an answer or comment on the question or answer, you can add math expressions in between [math] and [/math] tags in your answer. This is the same math expression you are allowed to post when you post on the board.
When you see the answer below the question, it is labelled on the left to show if it has been answered by an instructor or student. Also in the list of questions in left sidebar, "IR" means instructor response and "SR" means student response.
Yes, a student can choose to answer a question either with their own identity or anonymously.

Yes, full math expressions can be used both as part of question description as well as answer for a question. Courseville supports full latex as part of its QnA engine.
