RULES FOR ADMISSION
RULES AND REGULATIONS IN RESPECT OF REGISTRATION/ADMISSION AND WITHDRAWAL OF PUPILS FOR THE INFORMATION OF
PARENTS/GUARDIANS SEEKING ADMISSION FOR THEIR CHILD/WARD IN THE HYDERABAD PUBLIC SCHOOL, WARANGAL
FOR THE SESSION 2025-26
1. A non-refundable registration
fee of Rs. 600/- per applicant, payable through assigned payment gateway.

Age Criteria for admission for the Year 2025-26 :
(i) CLASS PP – I: Applicants should have been born
on/after 1st June, 2020 and on/before 31th May 2021 i.e., should have
completed 4 years of age as on 1st June, 2025 but
should not have completed 5 years of age as on that date.
(ii) CLASS I: Applicants
should have been born on/after 1st June, 2018 and
on/before 31st May, 2019 i.e., should have completed 6 years of age as on 1st June, 2025 but
should not have completed 7 years of age as on that date.

The Management of the School reserves the right to change the
number of seats or number of sections in any class at any time without any notice to
anybody.
4. Once the admissions are closed for a
particular Class, neither waiting list of registered applicants is maintained nor does the registration hold
good for any chance vacancy that might arise during the course of the academic year.
5. The
Hyderabad Public Schools are Members of the Indian Public Schools Conference,
and they are independent and autonomous institutions.
They are run by The Hyderabad Public School Society (Regd.) through its Board of Governors. The
Management of the School reserves the absolute right to fix the School fee or to revise the same as and when
necessary. Hence Parents/Guardians of pupils are required to pay the School fee and other dues chargeable from
time to time.
6. The Head of the Institution
reserves the absolute right, at his/her discretion, to remove any pupil
from the school rolls. If it is found at any later stage that any of the
information furnished by the Parent/Legal Guardian in the Application Form is false/incorrect (Date of Birth &
Social Category, Result Specification and any other Particulars) the School has the right to
cancel admission offered to the child/ward at any stage and fee forfeited, if deposited.
7. In the
matter of admission, the decision of the Head of the Institution is final and
binding on Parents/Guardians concerned.
8. The applicants
who are provisionally shortlisted will have to qualify for admission based on
the following:
i) Appearance of the applicant before
a Medical Board constituted by the Management for physical
fitness and verification of age is absolutely
necessary. The decision of the Medical Board shall be final in all respects.
ii) Verification of Original Date of Birth Certificate.
iii) Verification of any document related to reservation status.
9. Applicants who successfully satisfy
all the above conditions of admission shall be offered provisional admission subject to final counselling.
10. These applicants shall be sent
admission intimations by registered post / by hand/ e-mail specifying the Fee particulars. On payment of the required fee the final admission will be
granted.
11. The specified fee as given in the
admission intimation letter should be paid within the time frame given for the payment of fee, failing which the offer of admission will stand
cancelled. Fees once paid will not be refunded.
12. Once admitted any change of
address, mobile number, email id, change of name must be immediately notified to the School.
13. The
Admission is NON- Transferable between the branches of HPS.
