                                                                                RULES FOR ADMISSION

RULES AND REGULATIONS IN RESPECT OF REGISTRATION/ADMISSION AND WITHDRAWAL OF PUPILS FOR THE INFORMATION OF PARENTS/GUARDIANS SEEKING ADMISSION FOR THEIR CHILD/WARD IN THE HYDERABAD PUBLIC SCHOOL, RAMANTHAPUR FOR THE SESSION 2025-26

1.   A non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 600/- per applicant, payable through assigned payment gateway.

2.         Age criteria for Admission to NURSERY (2025-26):

     Applicant should have been born on/after 1st June, 2021 and on/before 31st May, 2022 i.e., should have completed 3 years of age as on 1st May, 2025 but should not have completed 4 years of age as on that date.

            Age criteria for Admission to PP1 (2025-26):

     Applicant should have been born on/after 1st June, 2020 and on/before 31st May, 2021 i.e., should have completed 4 years of age as on 1st May, 2025 but should not have completed 5 years of age as on that date.

            Age criteria for Admission to PP2 (2025-26):

     Applicant should have been born on/after 1st June, 2019 and on/before 31th May, 2020  i.e., should have completed 5 years of age as on 1st May, 2025 but should not have completed 6 years of age as on that date.

3. The Management of the School reserves the right to change the number of seats or number of sections in any class at any time without any notice to anybody.

4. Once the admissions are closed for a particular Class, neither waiting list of registered applicants is maintained nor does the registration hold good for any chance vacancy that might arise during the course of the academic year.

5. The Hyderabad Public Schools are Members of the Indian Public Schools Conference and they are independent and autonomous institutions. They are run by The Hyderabad Public School Society (Regd.) through its Board of Governors. The Management of the School reserves the absolute right to fix the School fee or to revise the same as and when necessary. Hence Parents/Guardians of pupils are required to pay the School fee and other dues chargeable from time to time.

6. The Head of the Institution reserves the absolute right, at his/her discretion, to remove any pupil from the School rolls. If it is found at any later stage that any of the information furnished by the Parent/Legal Guardian in the Application Form is false/incorrect (Date of Birth & Social Category, Result Specification and  any other Particulars) the School has the right to  cancel admission offered to the child/ward at any stage and fee forfeited, if deposited.

7. In the matter of admission, the decision of the Head of the Institution is final and binding on Parents/Guardians concerned.

8. Once admitted any change of address, mobile number, email id, change of name must be immediately notified to the School.

9. The Admission is NON- Transferable between the branches of HPS.

ONLINE APPLICATION FORM – 2025-26

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING IN THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

1. Online application registration begins from  3rd November 2024 

2. Registration closes for online application on  24th November 2024 at 4:00 PM

3. After signing up with your Email Id and Mobile No., OTP will be sent to your Mobile No. /Email along with the link for filling in the application form. This Email ID and password to be used as your User Id/ Login Id.

4. Applicants' name to be entered as in the Date of Birth certificate only.

5.Please keep the following documents ready for uploading in the online application form. 
● Photograph of applicant (Size Upto 1 MB, Format – JPEG & PNG)
● Father’s photograph (Size Upto 1 MB, Format – JPEG & PNG)
● Mother’s photograph (Size Upto 1 MB, Format – JPEG & PNG)
● Date of Birth certificate issued by Mee Seva/Municipal Corporation/Municipal Council/Tehsildar at the Taluka level/Gram Panchayat Office at the village - (Format - PDF) upto 1 MB
● Income Proof of Parent (Income Certificate/IT Returns) (Format – PDF) upto 1 MB
● Caste Certificate (As Applicable) issued by MRO/MEE (Format – PDF) upto 1  MB
