Online Registration: The Hyderabad Public School Ramanthapur

1. A non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 500/- per applicant is applicable, payable through assigned payment gateway (Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card / Wallets)

2.After signing up with your Email Id and Mobile No., OTP will be sent to your Mobile No. / Email along with the link for filling in the application form. This Email ID and password to be used as your User Id / Login Id.

3. Please keep the following documents ready for uploading in the online application form. 

• Photograph of applicant (Size upto 1 MB, Format – JPEG / PNG)

• Father’s photograph (Size upto 1 MB, Format – JPEG / PNG)

• Mother’s photograph (Size upto 1 MB, Format – JPEG / PNG)

• A scanned copy of Marks Memo of class 10th (Pre Board-2 for CBSE/ ICSE)

• For External Candidates: Bonafide Certificate of the present School(Class 10th) 

           For Internal Candidates: A Scanned copy of School ID Card.

• Caste Certificate (As Applicable) issued by MRO/MEE (Format – PDF) upto 1  MB

Parents/Guardians desirous of applying for Registration of their ward for admission to Class XI at The Hyderabad Public School, Ramanthapur are requested to note the following important rules, regulations, terms and conditions for admission of pupils to this school. 

Groups Offered: 

Group I Science (MPC, BPC & MBPC) 

Group II Commerce Stream (MEC, CE-PHE) 

Group III Humanities (English, Sociology, Political Science, Psychology,   Economics / Physical Education) 

Note: 

1.For a class to be held in an Elective Subject there should be at least ten students opting for the elective subject. No change of Elective subject will be allowed.

2.The School reserves the right to cancel/withdraw any optional subject(s) offered without assigning any reason and/or without notice. 

3.ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• For Group-1(Science): Should have passed 10th Pre Board-2 (CBSE/ ICSE), with at least 60% each in Mathematics & Science and overall percentage. 

• Group-2 (Commerce): Should have passed 10th Pre Board-2 (CBSE/ ICSE) with at least 60% each in English, Social Science and overall percentage. 

• Group-3 (Humanities): Should have passed 10th Pre Board-2 (CBSE/ ICSE) with at least 60% each in English, Social Science and overall percentage.

4.Fee for the academic year 2025-26 is approximately Rupees 2,08,232/-

5.Registration of candidates in the School does not by itself entitle a candidate to be considered for admission. The School reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason. 

6.After scrutiny of applications, the candidate will be called for a counseling session with the Principal and the admission committee. Both the parents are advised to accompany their ward.

 

7.Once the registered candidate qualifies for admission, he/she is offered admission subject to the fulfillment of all the conditions required including submission of the certificates mentioned below,  after the board results are declared. 

• School leaving certificate / Transfer Certificate 

• Conduct Certificate from the Principal of the School 

  concerned. 

• Three photocopies of 10th Class Marks Memo /Grade sheet. 

8.Once the admission is finalised, students along with their parents must sign an undertaking for good Conduct and regularity during the course of their two years study at the School and that they will abide by the rules and regulations of the School. Any deviation will result in severe action, which may include expulsion. 

9.Fees once paid, will not be refunded.

11.Provisional admission will be given based on an aggregate of 60% in pre board 2 (CBSE/ ICSE). However, the provisional admission will be confirmed only after fulfilling the eligibility criteria of an aggregate of 70% overall and 70% each in Science and Mathematics for the Science stream. An aggregate of 70% overall and 70% each in English and Social Science for the Commerce and Humanities stream for Class 11 admission.
